202500471 <br />AMENDED MASTER DEED AND DECLARATION <br />This Amended Master Deed and Declaration, made by Fairway Estates Condominium <br />Association, Inc., A Nebraska nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant" <br />or the "Association." <br />ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND NAME <br />The purpose of this Amended Master Deed and Declaration (the "Amendment") is to <br />make certain amendments, to the Master Deed Creating Fairway Estates Condominium Property <br />Regime I, recorded on December 18, 1991, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Document Number 91-108528 ("Declaration I"); the Master Deed Creating Fairway <br />Estates Condominium Property Regime II, recorded on September 4, 1992, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds for Hail County, Nebraska as Document Number 92-107770 and Document <br />Number 94-106273, recorded on July 9, 1994 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall <br />County, Nebraska ("Declaration II"); the Master Deed Creating Fairway Estates Condominium <br />Property Regime III, recorded on August 30, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall <br />County, Nebraska as Document Number 96-106868 ("Declaration III"); The name by which this <br />condominium is to be identified is Fairway Estates Condominiums, a condominium. The name <br />of the association is Fairway Estates Condominium Association, Inc., a non-profit corporation. <br />The terms and conditions of this Amendment shall be binding and prevail over Declaration I, <br />Declaration II, and Declaration III, except that all exhibits filed with Declaration I, Declaration II, <br />and Declaration III shall remain in full force and effect and be incorporated herein. <br />ARTICLE II. INVOLVED PROPERTY <br />Lot One (1), Fairway Estates Subdivision to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Lot Two (2), Fairway Estates Subdivision to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Lot Three (3), Fairway Estates Subdivision to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS <br />The total number of units subject to this Amendment is nine (9). <br />
