<br />34-11 Maintenance Of Fedlitly
<br />Each registrant shall maintain its facilities in good and safe condition and in a manner that complies with all
<br />applicable federal. slain and local lava s, codas, rubs and raJulations.
<br />34-12 Relocation Or Removal a Redlines
<br />1 Within tinily (30) days following written notice from the City, a registrant shall, at its own expense.
<br />lelnporarily or permanently remove. relocate, change or alter the position of any telecommunications
<br />laciliheswithin the publicways-wheneverthe Qty Administrator shall have determined that such removal,
<br />rel°cation, change or alteration is reasonably necessary for-
<br />t.

<br />in l he publicways by or on behalf of the Qly unlessdirectly or proximately caused by thewillful.inlenlionel
<br />or maliciousacts oftheQty.
<br />34-18 Removal a Unauthorized Fadlltles
<br />Within thirty (30) daysl090wing written not Ice from the City. any registrant or other person that awn s, cont rnls or
<br />main tai ns any unauthorized telecommunications system, facility or related appurtenances within the public ways
<br />shall al its own expense. remove such facilities or appurtenances from the public ways If such registrant or
<br />responsible person fails to rem ave such facilities or appurtenances, the Qty may cause the removal and charge the
<br />registrant or respon si ble person for the costs in curved. A telecom m unical ion s sy stem or facility is unaul horized and
<br />subject 10 r emoval re 1 he following circumstances
<br />1 Upon abandonment of efacrlily within the public ways.
<br />2 If the system or tenthly was constructed or installed wdhout the prior issuance of a required construction
<br />permit
<br />3. If the system or funnily was constructed or installed ata locution not permuted by theoty
<br />4 Any such other circumstances deemed reasonably necessary by the Qty Administrator in order to protect
<br />pod to health, safety and welfare

<br />x14.18 Rertoratlm a R1mts-Of-Way
<br />The Registrant shall comply with thefolloving.
<br />1. When a registranl.nr any person acting on its behalf ,does any work in or affecting any public ways. it shall.
<br />al its Eton expense. promptly remove any obstructions therefrom and restore such ways or properly
<br />including Trees. landscaping and grounds to the same owndilinn vthidt existed before the work was
<br />undertaken
<br />2 If weather of other conditionsdu not perml lhecanplsereslorelirn required hereunder.iheregisranl shall
<br />temporarily restae the affected ways or property. Such temporary restoration shall bed the registrant's
<br />sale expert seand the registrant shall promptly undertake and camplefethe required permanent restoration
<br />when theweather conditions no longer prevent such permanent restoration.
<br />3 A registrant or other person acting nn its behalf shall use suitable barricades, flogs, flagmen, lights, Ilaras
