<br />Terms used in this Chapter shall have thefollowing meanings

<br />common ownership or contra with another person
<br />Oty shall mean the Oty of Sand Island. its elected and appointed officers. employees. and duly appointed and
<br />authorized agents.

<br />day on which a violation occurs or continues.
