202305141 Divorce Decree adopting the terms of this Agreement. Plaintiff shall execute a Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest in said real property upon entry of a Divorce Decree adopting the terms of this Agreement. 8. MOTOR VEHICLES: The Plaintiff shall be awarded as her sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest of the Defendant the 2005 Chevy Silverado, and any automobiles in her possession, and she shall pay and shall hold the Defendant free and harmless from any and all liability thereon. The Defendant shall be awarded as his sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest of the Plaintiff the 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude, and any other automobiles in his possession, and he shall pay and shall hold the Plaintiff free and harmless from any and all liability thereon. 9. HOUSEHOLD GOODS, FURNISHINGS, FURNITURE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS: The household goods, furnishings, furniture, and personal effects of the parties shall be divided in a manner consistent with the property spreadsheet attached hereto as Exhibit "C." Each party shall be awarded the individual property items listed under his or her respective name. These items shall be exchanged within thirty (30) days of entry of a Divorce Decree adopting the terms of this Agreement. If the items are not exchanged within thirty (30) days of entry of the Decree, said items shall be considered abandoned and become the property of the party in possession of said items. Each party shall be awarded the property currently in his or her respective possession, not specifically listed on Exhibit "C," and the possessing party shall be awarded said items of personal property, free and clear of any interest of the other. 10. BANK ACCOUNTS: The Plaintiff shall be awarded as her sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest of the Defendant, all bank accounts currently maintained in her name alone. The Defendant shall be awarded as his sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest of the Plaintiff. All bank accounts that are jointly held between the parties shall be closed, and the proceeds equally divided between the parties. 11. SECURITIES, STOCKS, AND BONDS: Each party shall be awarded the securities, stocks, and bonds currently held in his or her respective name. 12. RETIREMENT BENEFITS: Except as specifically set forth below, Plaintiff shall be awarded as her sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest of the Defendant, any pension, 401k, or other retirement plans provided 5 Page 1 a of 3t2
