202305141 <br />the dissolution proceedings is required to furnish to the Clerk of the Hall County <br />District Court in which the proceeding was held, her street address, telephone <br />number, social security number, the name of her employer, whether or not such <br />person has access to employer -related health insurance coverage and, if so, the <br />health insurance policy information and any other information the court deems <br />relevant until such judgment is paid in full. The Plaintiff is also required to advise <br />the Clerk of any changes in such information between the time of entry of the <br />Order and payment of the judgment in full. Failure to comply with the provisions <br />of this law shall be punishable by contempt. <br />Plaintiff further is advised that in the event she fails to pay any child <br />support, or medical payment, as such failure is certified each month by the Clerk <br />of the Hall County District Court in which court-ordered support is delinquent in <br />an amount equal to the support due and payable for a one-month period of time, <br />the Plaintiff may be required to appear in court and show cause why such <br />payment was not made. In the event the Plaintiff fails to pay and appear as <br />ordered, a warrant shall be issued for her arrest. <br />6. FURTHER FINANCIAL SUPPORT: The parties further stipulate <br />and agree that attached to this agreement as Exhibit "B," is a Financial Plan <br />setting forth the child support language set forth above, as well as the party's <br />obligations of further financial support of the minor children. The parties hereby <br />stipulate and agree that the terms of Exhibit "B" are consistent with the earnings, <br />and/or earning capacity of each party and should be adopted into a final Decree of <br />Dissolution of Marriage and are further adopted into this Agreement as if fully set <br />forth herein. Both parties agree that the financial plan attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"B" is in the best interest of the minor children. <br />7. REAL ESTATE: The parties are owners of certain real property <br />commonly described as: 2120 Viking Road, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and legally described as: <br />LOT 55, LE HEIGHTS FOURTH SUBDIVISION, <br />LINCOLN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />Defendant shall be awarded the above-described residence as his sole and <br />separate property, free and clear of any interest of Plaintiff, and he shall pay and <br />hold Plaintiff free and harmless from any and all liability for any loans, <br />encumbrances, taxes, and insurance due on said residence.
