202301743 <br />II. <br />The findings of the Court as set forth above are incorporated herein as if <br />fully set forth. <br />III. <br />The Defendant is awarded the sole legal and sole physical custody of the <br />parties' minor children, Nathan Sanchez, born in 2004, and Yeleyna Sanchez, born <br />in 2006. Parenting time with the Plaintiff is set forth in the Mother's Proposed <br />Parenting Plan, which is attached as Exhibit 29. The Mother's Proposed Parenting <br />Plan complies with the Parenting Act and is in the minor children's best interests. <br />The Court adopts Exhibit 29, the Mother's Proposed Parenting Plan as the Court's <br />parenting plan and finds the plan is in the best interest of the children and is attached <br />to the Decree. <br />The Plaintiff shall pay child support in accordance with the Nebraska Child <br />Support Guidelines as follows: <br />$861.00 when there are two minor children; <br />$600.00 when only one minor child remains. <br />The child support payments shall commence on May 1, 2022. The Plaintiff <br />shall make all child support payments through the Nebraska Child Support Payment <br />Center, P.O. Box 82600, Lincoln, NE 68501-2600 with the case number noted. <br />Such amounts shall be paid by the Plaintiff until the first day of the month following <br />the month in which the minor child reaches age 19, enters military service, dies, is <br />emancipated, or further Order of the Court, whichever occurs first. <br />Each party's obligation to pay child support shall be subject to income <br />withholding pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §43-1718.02 and each party shall be <br />ordered to prepare immediately following the entry of the Decree of Dissolution <br />herein a Notice to Withhold Income and deliver the same notice to the party's <br />employer and provide a copy to the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County and <br />the other party. <br />All child support payments shall become delinquent the day after they are <br />due and owing and interest shall not accrue until thirty (30) days after the payments <br />are delinquent and said interest shall be computed as simple interest, except that for <br />so long as child support payments are being withheld from the party's income, the <br />party shall not be regarded or reported as being delinquent or in arrears if (a) any <br />Page <br />4 <br />of <br />
