202301743 <br />delinquency or arrearage is solely caused by a disparity between the schedule for <br />the party's regular pay dates and the schedule date the child support is due, (b) the <br />total amount of child support to be withheld from the party's pay check and the <br />ordered amount of support are the same on an annual basis, (c) the income withheld <br />is continuous and occurring. Any delinquent child support payment shall accrue <br />interest at 2.223 percent per annum. <br />Attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference is the Court's <br />child support calculation showing the parties' income and other necessary figures <br />used to determine the calculation. <br />Neither party has health insurance available for the minor children through <br />his or her employer. If health insurance for the minor children becomes available <br />to either party through his or her employer at a reasonable rate, the party shall obtain <br />and maintain the health insurance coverage for the minor children. The party <br />providing the health insurance coverage for the minor children shall provide a copy <br />of the proof of coverage and insurance coverage card for the minor children to the <br />other parent. <br />The Defendant shall pay the first $250.00 of any nonreimbursed reasonable <br />and necessary health care costs for each minor child each year. The Plaintiff shall <br />pay 63% and the Defendant shall pay 37% of any non -reimbursed reasonable and <br />necessary health care costs for each minor children in excess of $250.00 per year. <br />The parties shall file separate Federal and State Income Tax Returns for the <br />2021 tax year and continuing each year thereafter. Beginning in 2021 and <br />continuing each year thereafter, the Defendant shall be entitled to claim the minor <br />children for state and federal income tax purposes each year. <br />IV. <br />Regardless of the custody determination of the Court, each parent shall <br />continue to have full and equal access to the education and medical records of his <br />or her children. Either parent may make emergency decisions affecting the health <br />or safety of his or her children while the children are in the physical custody of such <br />parent. <br />V. <br />The marital assets and the marital debts as shown in the attached joint <br />Page 5 of <br />5 <br />
