202301743 <br />$861.00 to the Defendant for the support of the parties' two (2) minor children. <br />When only one (1) minor child of the parties remains, the Plaintiff shall pay child <br />support in the amount of $600.00 per month to the Defendant for the support of the <br />parties' minor child. The Court's child support calculation is attached. <br />5. Division of Marital Estate. During the marriage, the parties have <br />acquired property and debts, and the Court should make an equitable distribution <br />of the property and debts. The Court finds the division of marital assets and debts <br />set forth in Section V. below to be equitable. The Court has included and attached <br />the joint property statement (Exhibit 7) that was used at trial and is referenced in <br />Section V. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: <br />I. <br />The marriage of Eliseo Sanchez and Paola Sanchez is dissolved. For <br />purposes of appeal, the Decree shall be treated as a final order as soon as it is <br />entered. If an appeal is instituted within thirty (30) days after the Decree is entered, <br />such Decree does not become final until such proceedings are finally determined or <br />on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. <br />For purposes of remarriage, the Decree becomes final and operative six (6) <br />months after the Decree is entered or on the date of death of one of the parties, <br />whichever occurs first. If the Decree becomes final and operative upon the date of <br />death of one of the parties, the Decree shall be treated as if it became final and <br />operative on the date it was entered. For purposes of the continuation of health <br />insurance coverage, the Decree becomes final and operative six (6) months after <br />the Decree is entered. <br />For all other purposes, the Decree becomes final and operative thirty (30) <br />days after the Decree is entered or upon the death of the parties, whichever first <br />occurs. If the Decree becomes final and operative upon the death of one of the <br />parties, the Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it <br />was entered. <br />Page 0 <br />3 <br />
