202300282 <br />payment of the judgment in full. Failure to comply with this provision shall be punishable by <br />contempt. <br />In the event Defendant fails to pay any such child support payment, he may be required <br />to appear before this Court on a date to be determined by the Court and show cause why such <br />payment was not made. In the event Defendant fails to pay and appear as so ordered, a warrant <br />shall be issued for his arrest. <br />IX. <br />Defendant shall maintain health insurance on the minor children through his employment <br />when available at a reasonable cost and Plaintiff shall pay the first $250.00 of unreimbursed <br />medical, dental, and optical expenses for each child each year. Thereafter, the Plaintiff and <br />Defendant shall divide any medical, dental, and optical costs on the minor children with the Plaintiff <br />paying 60% and Defendant paying 40% of the costs. Plaintiff will deliver billings of the previous <br />month by the 10th of the month and they are to be paid by the end of the month. <br />X. <br />The Court finds that each party shall pay his or her own attorney fees and Court costs shall <br />be paid by the Plaintiff, which have been paid in full. <br />XI. <br />The Court finds that neither party shall pay alimony to the other. <br />XII. <br />The Court finds that the parties during the course of the marriage have accumulated certain <br />items of real and personal property and have incurred certain debts and obligation and that a fair and <br />reasonable division of this property and the debts has been made by the parties in Property <br />Settlement and Custody Agreement dated the February 21, 2022. The Court has examined the <br />parties' Property Settlement and Custody Agreement, finds the same to be fair and reasonable and <br />not unconscionable and each party shall be ordered and directed to carry out the terms of the <br />Property Settlement and Custody Agreement, a copy of which is attached to this Decree and <br />incorporated herein with the same full force and effect as if all terms of the agreement were set forth <br />separately in this Decree in their entirety. <br />3 <br />
