202300282 <br />V. <br />Neither party is member of the armed forces of the United States or its allies. <br />VI. <br />More than sixty (60) days have elapsed since the filing of the Complaint for Dissolution and <br />service upon the Defendant. <br />VII. <br />The parties are the parents of two (2) children, to wit: Nolan M. Stephens and Andrew D. <br />Stephens. <br />The Court finds that the parties Amended Parent -Created Parenting Plan filed with the Court <br />on February 21, 2022, is in the best interest of the minor children and is approved by the Court. The <br />parties agree that the both will have joint legal custody, control, and care of the minor children, as <br />more fully set out in the Parent -Created Parenting Plan, attached hereto and made a part of this <br />Decree. <br />VIII. <br />The Defendant shall pay through the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center, P.O. Box <br />82600, Lincoln, NE 68508, child support for the support and maintenance of the two (2) minor <br />children of the parties as follows: $500.00 per month for (2) two children and $317.00 per month <br />for one (1) child; and shall commence on the 1st day of March 2022, and shall continue to be due <br />and payable on the 1g day of each month thereafter until the minor children reach the age of <br />nineteen, become emancipated, become self-supporting, marry, or further order of the Court. <br />Immediate income withholding of the Defendant's wages shall take place. <br />During that time Defendant shall be obligated to pay child support for the minor children <br />of the parties, or any of them as herein provided or as later modified, he shall also furnish the <br />Hall County District Court Clerk with his address, telephone number, social security number, <br />name of his employer, and any other information the Court shall deem relevant until such <br />judgment shall be paid in full. Defendant shall be required to advise the Hall County District <br />Court Clerk of any changes in such information between the time of entry of the Decree and the <br />2 <br />
