202300282 IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that if the Decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties, this Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative the date it was rendered. For purpose of review by appeal, the Decree shall be treated as a final order as soon as it is rendered. If an appeal is instituted within thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the Decree shall not become final until such proceedings are finally determined or date of death of one of the parties, which ever shall occur first. Provided further, for purposes of re -marriage, the Decree shall become final and operative six (6) months after the date it is rendered or upon death of one of the parties, whichever shall occur first. For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, the Decree becomes final and operative six (6) months after the Decree is rendered. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiff and Defendant shall have joint legal care, custody, and control of the minor children, as set forth in the attached Parent -Created Parenting Plan. The Defendant shall pay through the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center, P.O. Box 82600, Lincoln, NE 68508, child support for the support and maintenance of the two (2) minor children of the parties as follows: $500.00 per month for one (1) child and $317.00 per month for one (1) child; until the minor children reach the age of nineteen, become emancipated, become self- supporting, many, die, or further order of the Court, due and payable on the 1St day of each month beginning March 2022. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant be and hereby is required to furnish the Hall County District Court with his address, telephone number, social security number, name of her employer, and any other information the Court shall deem relevant until such judgment shall be paid in full. Defendant shall be required to advise the Hall County District Court of any changes in such information between the time of entry of the Decree and the payment of the judgment in full. Failure to comply with this provision shall be punishable by contempt. Immediate income withholding of the Defendant's wages is hereby ORDERED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that neither party shall pay alimony to the other. 4
