Defendant entered a Voluntary Appearance which was filed on December 10, 2021 <br />in this matter. The Court being duly advised, finds as follows: <br />I. <br />The parties have been residents of the State of Nebraska for more than one year prior to the <br />filing of the Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage. <br />II. <br />The parties have waived the requirement of a hearing and the Court has sufficient basis to <br />make a finding that it has jurisdiction over both parties and the minor children of the parties, as well <br />as the subject matter of this action. <br />III. <br />The parties have certified in writing that the marriage is irretrievably broken and that the <br />parties have certified in writing that they have made every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation, <br />all documents required by the Court and by statute have been filed, and the parties have freely and <br />voluntarily entered into a written agreement, signed by both parties under oath, resolving all issues <br />presented by the pleadings in their dissolution action. <br />IV. <br />The Court may enter a Decree of Dissolution without a hearing consistent with Neb. Rev. <br />Stat §42-361. <br />
