<br />E. To manage real estate.
<br />To enter into and upon all and singular my real estate, manage and improve the same or
<br />any part thereof, and to repair or otherwise improve, alter, or reconstruct, and to insure
<br />any buildings or structures thereon, and further to contract with others for the
<br />management of such real estate, and to grant to such others all the power with respect to
<br />such real estate usual in real estate management contracts.
<br />F. To deal with property.
<br />For me and in my name, to make, execute, deliver, bargain, contract, agree for, purchase,
<br />receive, and take lands, and all or any interest in property and accept the possession of all
<br />lands, and all or any interest in property and all deeds and other assurances in the law
<br />therefor, and to lease, let, demise, bargain, sell, release, convey, mortgage, and
<br />hypothecate lands, and all or any interest in property upon such terms and conditions and
<br />under such covenants as my attorney in fact shall think fit, irrespective of the state within
<br />which said property is located.
<br />To receive, sell, or transfer and deliver securities in my name through any stock or bond
<br />broker, and deposit the proceeds received from the sale thereof to any checking or
<br />savings account in my name.
<br />G. To conduct business.
<br />To bargain and agree for, buy, sell, mortgage, hypothecate, and in any and every way and
<br />manner deal in and with goods, wares, and merchandise, choses in action, and other
<br />property in possession or in action, and to make, do, and transact all and every kind of
<br />business of whatsoever nature and kind.
<br />H. To execute instruments.
<br />For me and in my name, and as my act and deed, to sign, seal, execute, deliver, and
<br />acknowledge such deeds, leases, mortgages, hypothecations, bills, bonds, notes, receipts,
<br />evidence of debt, releases and satisfactions of mortgage, judgments, and other debts and
<br />such other instruments in writing of whatsoever kind and nature as may be necessary or
<br />proper in the premises. To file any required federal or state tax returns on my behalf and
<br />pay any tax due thereon.
