202207823 <br />To deal with bank accounts and deposit boxes. <br />To make withdrawals from or deposits to any bank account or savings or loan account or <br />other cash account in my name; to endorse checks and other instruments made payable to <br />me; to write checks on my behalf; to purchase or liquidate any savings certificate or <br />certificate of deposit in my name with any said bank or said savings and loan or other <br />financial institution; and to enter and have free access to any safe deposit box in my name <br />for the purpose of adding property thereto or removing property therefrom. <br />J. To deal with any motor vehicle. <br />To deal with any motor vehicle owned by me or partially owned by me, including the <br />power to sell said motor vehicle and to transfer and deliver title thereto to the purchaser <br />thereof. <br />K. To ratify acts. <br />Giving and granting unto my said attorney in fact full power and authority to do and <br />perform every act necessary, requisite, or proper to be done in and about the premises as <br />fully as I might or could do if personally present with full power of substitution and <br />revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or <br />cause to be done by virtue hereof. <br />L. Interpretation. <br />This instrument is to be construed and interpreted as a general power of attorney. The <br />enumeration of specific powers herein is not intended to, nor does it, limit or restrict the <br />general powers herein granted to my attorney in fact. <br />M. Reliance by third parties. <br />Third parties may rely upon the representation of my attorney in fact as to all matters <br />relating to any power granted to my attorney in fact, and no person who may act in <br />reliance upon the representations of my attorney in fact or the authority granted to my <br />attorney in fact shall incur any liability to me or my estate as a result of permitting my <br />attorney in fact to exercise any power. <br />N.
