<br />GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />KNOW EVERYONE BY THESE PRESENTS, which are intended to constitute a
<br />General Power of Attorney, THAT 1, Felix A. Chacon, residing in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, hereby make, constitute and appoint daughter, Kayla Hernandez, as attorney-in-fact
<br />TO ACT in my name, place and stead in any way which I could do if I were personally present,
<br />to the extent that I am permitted by law to act through an agent. I grant my attorney-in-fact the
<br />following powers:
<br />A. To receive debts and payments.
<br />To ask, demand, sue for, recover, collect, and receive all such sums of money, debts,
<br />dues, accounts, legacies, bequests, interest, dividends, annuities, employee benefits,
<br />insurance benefits, and demands whatsoever as are now or shall hereafter become due,
<br />owing, payable, or belonging to me, and have, use, and take all lawful ways and means in
<br />my name or otherwise for the recovery thereof by attachments, arrests, distress,
<br />acquittances, or other sufficient discharges and releases.
<br />B. To settle accounts.
<br />To settle any account or reckoning whatsoever wherein I now am or at any time hereafter
<br />shall be in any way interested or concerned with any person whomsoever, and to pay or
<br />receive the balance thereof as the case may require.
<br />C. To compound, submit to arbitration, or otherwise settle or adjust differences.
<br />To compound with or make allowances to any person for or in respect to any debt or
<br />demand whatsoever which now is or shall at any time hereafter become due and payable
<br />to me, or by me, or upon any account, and to take and receive or to pay and discharge (as
<br />the case may be), any composition or dividend thereof or thereupon, and to give or
<br />receive releases or other discharges for the whole of such debts or demands, or to settle,
<br />compromise, or submit to arbitration every such debt or demand and every other right,
<br />matter, and thing due to or concerning me as my attorney in fact shall think best, and for
<br />that purpose to enter into and execute and deliver such bonds of arbitration or other
<br />instruments as my attorney in fact may deem advisable in the premises.
<br />D. To prosecute and defend.
<br />To commence, prosecute, discontinue, or defend all actions or other legal proceedings
<br />touching my estate or a part thereof, or touching any manner which I or my estate may be
<br />in any way concerned.
