200010301 <br />(ii) The Association shall provide to the Owners the following services which <br />shall be paid for out of the Common Expense assessment, to wit: <br />(a) administration and management of the Project, including without <br />limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following: <br />(1) enforcement of the covenants, conditions, and restrictions <br />set forth in the Condominium Documents, together with <br />enforcement of all obligations owed to the Association by <br />the Owners, and <br />(2) performing all other acts required of the Association by the <br />Condominium Documents; <br />(b) except as otherwise provided herein, inspection, maintenance, <br />and repair of the Common Elements; <br />(c) utility services for those utilities not separately metered for the <br />Unit; and <br />(d) except as otherwise provided herein, inspection, maintenance, <br />and repair of all utility lines and facilities lying within the Project <br />which are not inspected, maintained, and repaired by the supplier <br />of such service or other entity. <br />16. Compliance with Provisions of the Condominium Documents. <br />(A) Each Owner by acceptance of his /her deed or other instrument of conveyance or <br />assignment, and each Guest by entry upon the Project, agrees to comply strictly with the <br />provisions of the Condominium Documents, and the decisions and resolutions of the <br />Association adopted pursuant thereto, as the same may be lawfully amended from time to time. <br />The Association, or in a proper case, an aggrieved Owner, shall have the power to enforce the <br />provisions of the Condominium Documents, and the decisions and resolutions of the <br />Association pursuant thereto. The Association shall take such action as the Board deems <br />necessary or desirable to cause such compliance by each Owner and his /her Guests. Without <br />limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Association shall have the power to enforce the <br />provisions of the Condominium Documents, and the decisions and resolutions of the <br />Association pursuant thereto, by any one or more of the following means: <br />(i) by commencing and maintaining actions to restrain and enjoin any breach <br />or threatened breach of the provisions of the Condominium Documents, <br />M <br />
