202103518 <br />Section 1 — Release of Information <br />My Attorney -in -Fact may release and obtain, as the case may be, any and all information regarding <br />my financial investments, taxes, and estate planning, including any information or documents <br />regarding stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, bank accounts, tax returns, retirement accounts, <br />pension plans, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and any other documents or <br />information regarding my financial affairs, taxes, or estate planning from my attorneys -at -law, <br />financial advisors, insurance professionals, accountants, stockbrokers, stock transfer agents, and <br />any other persons having such information. <br />1 release these persons or entities from any liability for releasing the above -referenced information <br />to my Attorney -in -Fact in reliance on this Section. <br />Section 2 — Third Party Protection <br />My Attorney -in -Fact acts in a fiduciary capacity and third parties who contract with, rely on, act <br />at the request of or otherwise deal with, my Attorney -in -Fact shall have all the protections provided <br />to third parties in the Uniform Health Care Consent Law and Uniform Multiple Persons Accounts <br />Act as published by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, and the <br />Missouri Non -probate Transfers Law, Missouri Durable Power of Attorney Law and Missouri <br />Personal Custodian Law, all incorporated herein by this reference. Further, this durable power of <br />attorney shall be good and binding as between myself, my heirs and estate, and third parties who <br />have not received actual notice of its modification, termination or my death. I agree to be bound <br />by all my Attorney -in -Fact shall do and for myself, my heirs and estate, I will defend and <br />indemnify third parties from all claims that arise by reason of reliance on this Durable Power of <br />Attorney. In no event shall third parties have any duty to inquire into or question the propriety of <br />any act of my Attorney -in -Fact. A certified true copy of this Durable Power of Attorney is <br />sufficient evidence of the authority herein granted. <br />Section 3 — Binding'Effect <br />1 hereby ratify and confirm all that my attorney shall do or cause to be done by virtue of this <br />Durable Power of Attorney, and the acts of my attorney shall be binding on myself, my heirs and <br />estate. <br />Section 4 — Signature of Attorney -in -Fact <br />My Attorney -in -Fact shall use substantially one of the following forms when signing documents <br />on my behalf pursuant to this power: <br />HAZEL MARGENE STUEVEN by POA [Attorney -in -Fact's name]; or <br />HAZEL MARGENE STUEVEN by and through her Attorney -in -Fact [Attorney - <br />in -Fact's name]; or <br />[Attorney -in -Fact's name], as Attorney -in -Fact for HAZEL MARGENE <br />STUEVEN, <br />Section 5 — Interpretation <br />This Durable Power of Attorney is a general power of attorney and should be interpreted as <br />granting my Attorney -in -Fact all general powers permitted under Missouri law.
