202103518 <br />Section 26 — Trusts and Custodianships <br />To transfer and deliver any money or property of mine to an inter vivos trust created by me, to a <br />trust established for me, or to my Attorney -in -Fact or another person to hold for me as a beneficiary <br />under the Missouri Personal Custodian Law, <br />Section 27 — My Support <br />My Attorney -in -Fact may do anything reasonably necessary to maintain my customary standard <br />of living, including: <br />a, maintain my residence by paying all operating costs, including, but not limited to, interest <br />on mortgages or deeds of trust, amortization payments, repairs and taxes, or by purchasing, <br />leasing or making other arrangement for a different residence; <br />b. provide normal domestic help; <br />c. provide clothing, transportation, medicine, food and incidentals; and <br />d. make all necessary arrangements, contractual or otherwise, for my care at any hospital, <br />hospice, nursing home, convalescent home or similar establishment, or in my own <br />residence should I desire it, and assure that all of my essential needs are met wherever I <br />may be. <br />Section 28 — Support of Dependents <br />My Attorney -in -Fact may make payments as my Attorney -in -Fact deems necessary for the health, <br />education, maintenance or support of my spouse and those my Attorney -in -Fact determines to be <br />dependent on me for support. <br />Section 29 — Give Consent to Autopsy <br />My Attorney -in -Fact may give consent, upon my death to an autopsy or postmortem examination. <br />Section 30 — No Anatomical Gifts <br />My Attorney -in -Fact is specifically prohibited from making an anatomical gift of my body parts. <br />Section 31 — Right of Sepulcher <br />My Attorney -in -Fact shall have the power and authority to choose and control the disposition of <br />my remains upon my death as authorized by § 194.119 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as <br />enacted or subsequently amended or replaced. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />Administrative Powers and Provisions <br />This Article contains certain administrative powers and provisions that facilitate the use of the <br />Durable Power of Attorney and that protect my Attorney -in -Fact and those who rely upon my <br />Attorney -in -Fact. <br />Durable Power of Attorney <br />HAZEL MARGENE STUEVEN Page 11 of 14 <br />
