Section 6 — Accounting Upon a written request made by me or by my heirs, my Attorney -in -Fact shall within ninety (90) days of such request deliver to me or to such designated individual a full written accounting of my Attorney -in -Fact' s acts and actions under this instrument. In the event that my Attorney -in -Fact does not provide such accounting within said ninety (90) days of such request, the above-named individual shall succeed to my power of revocation, having full power to revoke this instrument by writing delivered to my Attorney -in -Fact. Section 7 — Compensation/Expense Reimbursement Every Attorney -in -Fact appointed pursuant to this power of attorney (whether one or more) is specifically authorized to pay reimbursement for expenses paid or incurred by my said Attorney - in -Fact. Such payments shall be made out of any of my funds that are under the control of said Attorney -in -Fact. Section 8 — Effect of Duplicate Originals or Copies If this Durable Power of Attorney has been executed in multiple counterparts, each counterpart original will have equal force and effect. My Attorney -in -Fact may make copies of this Durable Power of Attorney and each copy will have the same force and effect as the original. A Copy means an electronic, digital, facsimile, photocopy, or other reproduction of this Durable Power of Attorney. Section 9 -- Governing Law This Durable Power of Attorney's validity and interpretation will be governed by Missouri law. To the extent permitted by law, this Durable Power of Attorney is applicable to all of my property (whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, or legal or equitable), wherever located, and whether or not the property is owned by me now or in the future. Section 10 — Severability If any provision of this Durable Power of Attorney is declared invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
