Homeowners shall not leave dogs prone to barking outdoors. <br />Homeowners may be fined up to $100.00 per week by the Board of Directors for <br />failure to confine their dog, or for failure to curtail incessant barking by their dog. All <br />fines levied and collected shall be paid to the Homeowners Association treasury. <br />6. Vehicles, Campers, trailers of any kind, motor or mobile homes, boats, <br />recreational vehicles, or trucks no larger than a one (1) ton pickup truck will be allowed <br />to be stored on homeowners driveways but not on the street in front of or on the side <br />of any lot from April 1 through November 1. After November 1, they must be off the <br />owner's driveways. No campers, trailers of any kind, motor or mobile homes, boats, <br />recreational vehicles or trucks larger than one (1) ton shall be left parked on the streets <br />overnight. Boats used on the lake may be moored to a dock or beached next to the <br />lake. Licensed vehicles, (cars, SUVs, motorcycles, pickups on(1) ton or smaller) may <br />be stored on the home's hard surfaced driveway throughout the year but may not be <br />parked on the street overnight. <br />No motorcycles, motor scooters, three-wheelers or four-wheel recreational vehicles, <br />all -terrain vehicles (ATVs) or gas -powered go-carts shall be driven anywhere on the lots, <br />common areas, out lots, or streets of the subdivision. Old cars, pickups, lawn mowers, <br />and tractors must be garaged out of sight and not parked anywhere on the streets or <br />lots. <br />7. Utilities: Exposed Aerials and Lines. Certain easements are established for installation <br />and maintenance of utilities, such easements being clearly marked on the recorded plat <br />of the subdivision. Additional easements that may be needed for utilities or access to the <br />subdivision may be granted by the Declarants, or the Board of Directors, as needed. All <br />claims for damages, if any, arising out of the construction, maintenance, and repair of <br />utilities or on account of temporary or other inconvenience caused thereby against the <br />Amick Acres West Homeowners Association, or any utility company or municipality, or <br />any of their agents or servants, are hereby waived by all the owners. <br />Service lines for individual residents for all public utility services which are available to a lot <br />from an underground source shall be kept underground. All cable television lines shall be <br />underground where available. <br />No satellite dish, discs and receiving equipment shall be placed on any lot; however, digital <br />satellite dishes not exceeding twenty inches in diameter may be permitted. <br />No Exposed television aerials shall be used on any lot. <br />No outdoor clotheslines, temporary or permanent shall be permitted on any lot. <br />8. Setback Requirements. Alt building shalt be placed on the lot in accordance with the following <br />setback requirements: <br />a. Minimum front yard setback of thirty (30) feet. Minimum rear yard setback of thirty <br />(30) feet. The rear setback shall apply only to dwelling structures. <br />b. The setback shall be measured from the average high water mark of the adjoining <br />take. <br />c. Minimum side yard setback of (10) feet. <br />d. Corner lots shall have a minimum setback adjacent to the side street equal to fifty <br />percent (50%}of the required front yard. <br />e. Setback requirements shall not apply to lakeside boats docks, or decks attached to the <br />lakeside of homes. <br />f. All measurements shall be computed from the foundation of the structure to the <br />nearest property line. <br />g. Driveways may be built within the setbacks as approved by the Board of Directors or <br />6IPage <br />
