202102060 the lot. Homeowners shall not leave dogs prone to barking outdoors. Homeowners may be fined up to $100.00 per week by the Board of Directors for failure to confine their dog, or for failure to curtail incessant barking by their dog. All fines levied and collected shall be paid to the Homeowners Association treasury. 6. Vehicles, Campers, trailers of any kind, motor or mobile homes, boats, recreational vehicles, or trucks no larger than a one (1) ton pickup truck will be allowed to be stored on homeowners driveways but not on the street in front of or on the side of any lot from April 1 through November 1. After November 1, they must be off the owner's driveways. No campers, trailers of any kind, motor or mobile homes, boats, recreational vehicles or trucks larger than one (1) ton shall be left parked on the streets overnight. Boats used on the lake may be moored to a dock or beached next to the lake. Licensed vehicles, (cars, SUVs, motorcycles, pickups on(1) ton or smaller) may be stored on the home's hard surfaced driveway throughout the year but may not be parked on the street overnight. No motorcycles, motor scooters, three-wheelers or four-wheel recreational vehicles, all -terrain vehicles (ATVs) or gas -powered go-carts shall be driven anywhere on the lots, common areas, out lots, or streets of the subdivision. Old cars, pickups, lawn mowers, and tractors must be garaged out of sight and not parked anywhere on the streets or lots. 7. Utilities: Exposed Aerials and Lines. Certain easements are established for installation and maintenance of utilities, such easements being clearly marked on the recorded plat of the subdivision. Additional easements that may be needed for utilities or access to the subdivision may be granted by the Declarants, or the Board of Directors, as needed. All claims for damages, if any, arising out of the construction, maintenance, and repair of utilities or on account of temporary or other inconvenience caused thereby against the Amick Acres West Homeowners Association, or any utility company or municipality, or any of their agents or servants, are hereby waived by all the owners. Service lines for individual residents for all public utility services which are available to a lot from an underground source shall be kept underground. All cable television lines shall be underground where available. No satellite dish, discs and receiving equipment shall be placed on any lot; however, digital satellite dishes not exceeding twenty inches in diameter may be permitted. No Exposed television aerials shall be used on any lot. No outdoor clotheslines, temporary or permanent shall be permitted on any lot. 8. Setback Requirements. Alt building shalt be placed on the lot in accordance with the following setback requirements: a. Minimum front yard setback of thirty (30) feet. Minimum rear yard setback of thirty (30) feet. The rear setback shall apply only to dwelling structures. b. The setback shall be measured from the average high water mark of the adjoining take. c. Minimum side yard setback of (10) feet. d. Corner lots shall have a minimum setback adjacent to the side street equal to fifty percent (50%}of the required front yard. e. Setback requirements shall not apply to lakeside boats docks, or decks attached to the lakeside of homes. f. All measurements shall be computed from the foundation of the structure to the nearest property line. g. Driveways may be built within the setbacks as approved by the Board of Directors or 6IPage
