202101607 fees; and all other matters relevant to the parties pursuant to the dissolution proceeding is fair and not unconscionable and hereby approves said Custody and Property Division as follows, to -wit: (a) The Plaintiff is awarded care, custody and control of the parties minor child, he being: Meratain Perez Barrios, born in 1977, subject to the Parenting Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by said reference. (b) No child support is ordered at this time. (c) The parties, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, are the owners of a residence located at 122 E 14th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as: WHEELER & BENNETT'S THIRD ADD LT 10 BLK 75, as platted and recorded in Hall County, Nebraska. The Wife shall be awarded said residence as her sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest of the Husband and she shall pay and hold the Husband free and harmless from any and all liability for any loans, encumbrances, taxes and insurance due on said residence. The Husband shall, upon entry of the Decree of Dissolution of Marriage, execute a Quitclaim Deed to the Wife releasing his interest in said real estate. The Decree shall transfer real property. (d) Neither party shall owe alimony to the other. (e) Plaintiff should be awarded all right, title, and interest in and to any and all employment benefits, including pensions and profit-sharing plans, and any other such plans, in her own name, free and clear of any interest of the Defendant. (f) Defendant should be awarded all right, title, and interest in and to any and all employment benefits, including pensions and profit-sharing plans, and any other such plans, in his own name, free and clear of any interest of the Plaintiff. (g) That after the entry of this Decree, each party will be responsible to pay their own health insurance. Page , of 2
