Sena, and gave testimony. The Defendant did <br />not appear or otherwise answer to Complaint after service by publication in the Daily Record for <br />three consecutive weeks. <br />The Court being fully advised in the premises having heard the testimony of the Plaintiff <br />and after 60 days having passed after the last day of publication finds as follows: <br />1. That the parties hereto are residents of the State of Nebraska and have been for <br />more that one (1) year prior to the filing of the Complaint herein. <br />2. That the parties hereto were united in marriage on the 28`h day of February 1996 <br />in Madera, Medera County, California. <br />3. That the Court has jurisdiction of both parties and of the subject matter of this <br />action. <br />4. That the Court has determined from the evidence that every reasonable effort to <br />effect reconciliation has been made, without success, and the marriage of the Plaintiff and <br />Defendant is irretrievably broken. <br />5. That reconciliation efforts have failed. <br />6. That neither party hereto is a member of the Armed Forces. <br />7. There is one child born of this marriage who will be effected by this action. <br />8.
