Both Plaintiff and Defendant waive complete record in this matter and the Clerk of the <br />Court is ordered to refund to the Plaintiff the costs advanced for the complete record. <br />21. Except for purposes of appeal, remarriage or continuation of health insurance coverage <br />as prescribed herein, this Decree of Dissolution becomes final and operative thirty (30) days from <br />the date hereof or on the death of one of the parties to this action, whichever occurs first. If this <br />Decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties to this action, this <br />Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative the date it was rendered. <br />22. For purposes of remarriage, this Decree becomes final and operative six months after the <br />Decree is filed or on the date of death of one of the parties of this action, whichever occurs first.
