MODIFIED HOLIDAY VISITATION SCHEDULE FOR NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT <br />NOTE: Foregoing schedule based on Wilson v. Wilson, 224 Neb. 589, 399 N.W.2d 802 (1987) <br />202008365 <br />A. EVEN -NUMBERED YEARS <br />EASTER <br />The Easter holiday will include that period of time during which the <br />child is excused from school for the Easter holiday, including Easter <br />Sunday, and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on the day the child is <br />released from school and end at 7:00 p.m. on the day before the child <br />returns to school. <br />FOURTH OF JULY <br />, <br />The Fourth of July shall include only the day on which Independence <br />Day is nationally recognized and shall commence at 8:30 a.m. and <br />conclude at 9:00 a.m. on July 5th. <br />THANKSGIVING <br />This holiday shall be defined as that period of time during which the <br />child is excused from school for the Thanksgiving holiday, including <br />Thanksgiving, and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on the day the child is <br />released from school and conclude at 7:00 p.m. on the day before the <br />child returns to school. <br />NEW YEARS <br />The New Years holiday shall commence at 12:00 p.m. on December <br />27th and conclude at 7:00 p.m. on the day before school is to begin. <br />B. ODD -NUMBERED YEARS <br />MEMORIAL DAY <br />WEEKEND <br />This holiday shall include only that weekend when Memorial Day is <br />nationally recognized and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and <br />conclude at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, Memorial Day. <br />LABOR DAY <br />WEEKEND <br />This holiday shall include only that weekend on which Labor Day is <br />nationally recognized and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and <br />conclude at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, Labor Day. <br />CHRISTMAS <br />The Christmas holiday shall be defined as that time during which the <br />child is excused from school for the Christmas holiday and shall <br />commence at 6:00 p.m. on the day the child is released from school <br />and conclude at 12:00 p.m. on December 27th <br />C. EVERY YEAR <br />FATHER'S DAY <br />MOTHER'S DAY <br />This holiday shall commence at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 7:00 p.m. <br />on the Sunday on which such holiday is nationally observed. <br />The non-custodial parent shall pick up the child from the custodial parent at the commencement of <br />each holiday and return the child to the custodial parent at the conclusion of each holiday. This <br />holiday visitation schedule shall supersede the regular weekend visitation schedule. Whenever a <br />holiday visitation by the non-custodial parent has superseded a regular weekend visitation by such <br />parent, the child shall remain with the custodial parent during the first weekend following such <br />holiday visitation, and the non-custodial parent's regular weekend visitation shall resume on the <br />second weekend following such holiday visitation and continue thereafter on alternating weekends. <br />Page ' of 7 <br />
