202008365 <br />12. The minor children are currently covered under Kids Connection. The Plaintiff shall <br />pay the first $480 of non -covered medical expenses in any calendar year per child; thereafter, any <br />amounts not covered by insurance for medical, dental, optical and orthodontic expenses shall be <br />divided equally between the parties. Either parent shall provide health insurance for the minor <br />children when and if it becomes available through their respective employers. <br />13. The Plaintiff shall be entitled to claim one child an exemption for income tax purposes <br />so long as he is current on his child support obligation. <br />When there remains only one child as a dependent for income tax purposes, the parties shall <br />alternate the exemption each year with the Plaintiff claiming the child in even years and the <br />Defendant claiming the child in odd years. <br />14. The Plaintiff shall sign over his share of the state income tax refund to Defendant to be <br />applied on Plaintiffs child support arrearage. The Defendant shall sign a receipt acknowledging <br />receipt of $816 which is to be applied on Plaintiffs child support arrearage. <br />To equalize the distribution of assets and debts between the parties, the Defendant shall pay <br />to the Plaintiff the sum of $1,700.00. In lieu of said cash payment, the Defendant shall sign a receipt <br />giving Plaintiff a credit of $1,700.00 against his child support arrearages. <br />After credit of $816.00 and $1,700 against Plaintiff's child support arrearages, any remaining <br />balance shall be paid at the rate of $100 per month. <br />15. There shall be no alimony payable by either party to the other herein. <br />16. The Court finds that the division of assets and debts is fair, is not unconscionable and <br />is approved by this Court. <br />17. Each party shall be responsible for payment of their own attorney fees and court costs. <br />18. All property and money received and retained by the parties pursuant hereto, except as <br />specifically provided for to the contrary, shall be the separate property of the respective parties, free <br />and clear of any right, interest, or claim of the other, and each party shall have the right to deal with <br />and dispose of his or her separate property, both real and personal. <br />19. Each of the parties will execute and deliver to the other party any documents, titles, <br />deeds, etc., that may be reasonably required to accomplish the intent of this instrument and shall do <br />all other things incident to this end.
