In the event the Plaintiff fails to pay and appear <br />as ordered, a warrant shall be issued for his arrest. <br />Delinquent child support shall accrue interest at the rate of 3.532% per annum. <br />7. The Plaintiff shall have quieted in him all items of personal property currently in his <br />possession. The Plaintiff shall have quieted in him the wheelbarrow and car stereo with speakers. <br />The Plaintiff shall have quieted in him the old truck. <br />Plaintiff shall also have quieted in him all checking and savings accounts currently in his <br />name, as well as, if any, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, pensions, retirement plans, annuities, <br />IRA's and any and all life insurance policies free and clear of any claims or demands of the <br />Defendant. <br />8. The Defendant shall have quieted in her all items of personal property currently in her <br />possession. <br />Defendant shall have quieted in her the 2006 Ford truck, subject to the indebtedness and shall <br />hold the Plaintiff harmless thereon. <br />Defendant shall also have quieted in her all checking and savings accounts currently in her <br />name, as well as, if any, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, pensions, retirement plans, annuities, <br />IRA's and any and all life insurance policies free and clear of any claims or demands of the Plaintiff. <br />9. The Plaintiff shall assume responsibility for paying the debt to Video Kingdom, In Charge <br />(Best Buy & Citi Financial), Home Depot and all debts in his sole name since separation. Plaintiff <br />shall indemnify and hold harmless Defendant thereon. <br />10. The Defendant shall assume responsibility for paying Ford Motor Credit, GE Money, <br />and her parents, and all debts in her sole name since separation. Defendant shall indemnify and hold <br />harmless Plaintiff thereon. <br />11. The Defendant shall have quieted in her the real estate located at 811 East 13`h, and <br />legally described as follows: Lot Three (3), Block Three (3), George Loan's Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, hall County, Nebraska, subject to the indebtedness and shall hold the Plaintiff <br />harmless thereon. <br />Page 5 of 7 <br />
