Said audit ma�include <br /> �-"� a physical inspection of ihe Real Pmperty,personnel interviews and a review of all Environmental <br />-_ - Permits. If Mort�a�ee requ�ires,such inspection shall also include a records search and/or subsurface <br /> -�"�'� testing for the presence of Hazardaus Substances in the soil,sub�oil,bedrock,surtace water andiur <br /> -- - gr.oundwater.
