<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (a replat of Lots Five (5) through Eight (8),
<br />Block Two (2), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and Lot Four (4), in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska); and
<br />d. Lots Five (5) through Seventeen (17), all in Summerfield Estates Tenth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and any purchaser or purchasers, their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors, as-
<br />signs or grantees, the Owners stipulate and agree that all of:
<br />a. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Eight (8),
<br />Block Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />b. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block One (1), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots One (1) through Three
<br />(3), all in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />c. Lots One (1) through Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates Tenth Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (a replat of Lots Five (5) through Eight (8),
<br />Block Two (2), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and Lot Four (4), in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska); and
<br />d. Lots Five (5) through Seventeen (17), all in Summerfield Estates Tenth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />that are sold, transferred or conveyed, shall be and are subject to the following restrictive
<br />covenants, restrictions and conditions except as provided herein. All restrictive covenants,
<br />restrictions and conditions shall run with the land and are as follows:

<br />Hall County, Nebraska, are not subject to this DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE
<br />COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES
<br />FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, SUMMERFIELD ESTATES
<br />FIFTH AND SIXTH SUBDIVISIONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION AND
<br />SUMMERFIELD ESTATES TENTH SUBDIVISION. Lots One (1) through (4), Block One (1),
<br />Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Block Two (2), Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3),
<br />Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Block Four (4) and Tract "A", all in Summerfield Estates First
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, are subject to a separate
<br />DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
<br />FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND
