<br />SUMMERFIELD ESTATES TENTH SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOICATION are a
<br />fee simple interest in:

<br />Block Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />b. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block One (1), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots One (1) through Three
<br />(3), all in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
