<br />separate DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND
<br />CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, this DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE
<br />COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES
<br />FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, SUMMERFIELD ESTATES
<br />FIFTH AND SIXTH SUBDIVISIONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION AND
<br />SUMMERFIELD ESTATES TENTH SUBDIVISION shall apply only to Lots One (1) through
<br />Six (6), Block Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Block Four (4), all in Summerfield
<br />Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. This
<br />DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
<br />FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION,
<br />SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIFTH AND SIXTH SUBDIVISIONS HOMEOWNERS'
<br />ASSOCIATION AND SUMMERFIELD ESTATE TENTH SUBDIVISON shall also apply to:
<br />a. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block One (1), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots One (1) through Three
<br />(3), all in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />b. Lots One (1) through Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates Tenth Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (a replat of Lots Five (5) through Eight (8),
<br />Block Two (2), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and Lot Four (4), in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska); and
<br />c. Lots Five (5) through Seventeen (17), all in Summerfield Estates Tenth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />2. The following definitions shall apply to this DECLARATION OF
<br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD
<br />ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, SUMMERFIELD
<br />ESTATES FIFTH AND SIXTH SUBDIVISIONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION AND
<br />SUMMERFIELD ESTATES TENTH SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOICATION:
<br />a. "Association" shall mean the homeowners' association to be formed by
<br />the merger of Summerfield Estates Subdivision Homeowners' Association
<br />and Diamond Drive Homeowners' Association to be known as
<br />"Summerfield Estates Subdivision Homeowners' Association" and its
<br />successors and assigns.
<br />b. "Owner" shall mean an owner of:
<br />i. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Eight (8),
<br />Block Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />ii. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block One (1), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots One (1)
