201903513 <br />Additional findings concerning property and debts: <br />Parties have entered into a property settlement agreement for the division of <br />property and the allocation of debt. <br />9. Neither party is a member of the United States Armed Forces or its allies. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: <br />1. That the marriage of William and Audrey is dissolved. For purposes of <br />appeal, the decree shall be treated as a final order as soon as it is entered. If an appeal is <br />instituted within 30 days after the decree is entered, such decree does not become final until <br />such proceedings are finally determined or on the date of the death of one of the parties, <br />whichever occurs first. <br />For purposes of remarriage, the decree becomes final and operative six months <br />after the decree is entered or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. <br />If the decree becomes final and operative upon the death of one of the parties, the decree <br />shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it was entered. For purposes of <br />continuation of health insurance coverage, the decree becomes final and operative six months <br />after the decree is entered. <br />For all other purposes, the decree becomes final and operative 30 days after the decree is <br />entered or upon the death of the parties, whichever first occurs. If the decree becomes final <br />and operative upon the death of one of the parties, the decree shall be treated as if it became <br />final and operative on the date it was entered. <br />PROPERTY AND DEBTS <br />2. William shall receive as his sole and separate property the following <br />items of property: <br />a. All of his own personal effects and clothing. <br />b. All items of household furniture, furnishings, equipment and <br />miscellaneous property now in his possession as shown in Exhibit <br />1 (attached), but excluding those items specifically awarded to the <br />Defendant, Audrey. <br />c.
