201903513 <br />d. The 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 VIN ID7HU18218J212064 in his <br />possession subject to all liens on record. <br />Title to the foregoing property is hereby quieted in William, and any right, title, or <br />interest which Audrey may have in said property is hereby terminated. <br />3. Audrey shall receive as her sole and separate property the following <br />items of property: <br />a. All of her own personal effects and clothing. <br />b. All items of household furniture, furnishings, equipment and <br />miscellaneous property now in her possession as shown in Exhibit <br />l (attached), but excluding those items specifically awarded to the <br />Plaintiff, William. <br />c. All money, if any, in her possession whether actually or <br />constructively, or deposited in financial institutions. <br />d. The 2005 Dodge Dakota, VIN ID7HW48N15S177280 in her <br />possession subject to all liens on record. <br />Title to the foregoing property is hereby quieted in Audrey, and that all rights, <br />title or interest which William may have in said property is hereby terminated. <br />Findings concerning the division of property & debts: <br />4. William is awarded real estate located at 804 N. Broadwell, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, legally described as: Lamberts Second ADD LT 7 Block 2 City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska subject to any indebtedness against the property. <br />William shall pay the mortgage to Equitable Bank and hold Audrey harmless from any <br />liability thereon. <br />5. William shall assume and pay, and shall indemnify and save and hold <br />Audrey harmless from any liability on the following debts as shown on Exhibit 1 <br />(attached): <br />Visa- $12,000.00 <br />Equitable Bank- $5,600.00 <br />Chrysler Financial- $28,000.00 <br />Page 3 <br />of <br />3 <br />
