The Plaintiff was present and pro se. The Defendant <br />was present and pro se. Evidence was adduced, the parties rested, and the matter was <br />taken under advisement. <br />NOW ON THIS 7th day of May, 2009, this matter comes on for decision. THE <br />COURT, BEING DULY ADVISED IN THE PREMISES, FINDS AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Plaintiff and or defendant have been residents in the State of Nebraska <br />for at least one year prior to the filing of Plaintiffs complaint and residents of Hall <br />County at the time of the filing herein. <br />2. The Defendant, Audrey, has entered a Voluntary appearance/ has been <br />served with Summons in this action. <br />3. <br />of this action. <br />4. <br />The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and of the subject matter <br />The parties are not a party to any other pending actions for divorce, <br />separation, or dissolution of marriage. <br />5. The marriage of the plaintiff and defendant is irretrievably broken and <br />every reasonable effort to effect a reconciliation has been made. <br />6. The parties were married on July 18, 1981 in York County, Nebraska, <br />and there are no minor children who are a subject of this action. <br />7. The parties were able to agree upon the division of property and debts.. <br />8.
