NOW ON THIS 7th day of May, 2009, this matter comes on for decision. THE COURT, BEING DULY ADVISED IN THE PREMISES, FINDS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Plaintiff and or defendant have been residents in the State of Nebraska for at least one year prior to the filing of Plaintiffs complaint and residents of Hall County at the time of the filing herein. 2. The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and of the subject matter The parties are not a party to any other pending actions for divorce, separation, or dissolution of marriage. 5. The marriage of the plaintiff and defendant is irretrievably broken and every reasonable effort to effect a reconciliation has been made. 6. The parties were married on July 18, 1981 in York County, Nebraska, and there are no minor children who are a subject of this action. 7. The parties were able to agree upon the division of property and debts.. 8.
