I • 90-- 105535 The court notes in endorsing the Child Support as fair under the Present circumstances being as follows: the possibility of long distance visits, the current depleted ability of the petitioner's income as to his ability to pay alimony and Child Support and the overall physical condition of the parties. In open court, the parties openly agree to the following written agreements not Included in the written property settlement agreement entered into by both parties. The agreements made in court and on the record are as follows: a. In the month of July, both parties will share the residence at 3504 Minton's Landing an co- tenants. The mortgage payments will be continued to be paid by the Petitioner. The utilities and food bill will be split evenly between the two parties during the period from July 01 to August 01. Both parties will act appropri- ately during this time and no property rights will shift as a res:a,lt of the agreement. b. An to the childl ens' health cm•re not provided for by Champus, It Is agreed in open court that the Petitioner and Respondent will be responsible for payments for such health care as needed by the children in the game pro- portion -as each receives benefited by tax exemptions. For example, if Petitioner is receiving two children TOT tax exemptions during which an uncovered child's health Insurance takes place, the Petitioner will be re- sponsible for two - thirds of the expense and the Respon- dent will be responsible for one -third of the expense. 6. The current monthly child support is $650.00 which will be paid by the Petitioner directly to the Clerk of the District �. Court of Riley County, Kansas. The alimony which Petitioner j shall pay Respondent Is $252.00 per month. To facilitate Petitioner's allotment and orderly receipt of paychecks, Petitioner and Respondent have agreed that the above sums shall be paid in 26 equal installment payments of $416.31 commencing July 01, 1990. l IT IS FURTHER BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED.
