That the Petitioner has been a resident of the State of Kansas for more than sixty (60) days preceding the filing of this action. 3. That the parties hereto were married the 01 day of August, 1964, in Smithfield, Nebraska. That three children were born of this marriage; Katrina M., born September 28, 1973; Summer B.C.. born September 21, 1990; anQ Margaret A., born November 18, 19192. 4. That the parties are incompatible and the marriage is : %rretrievably broken, and tht Petitioner should be granted a decree of absolute divorce ffr*m the Respondent on the basis of Incompatibility. S. That the parties have entered into a written property settlement agr"ment which is fair and equitable division of the Parties' property and debt. The property -Mettlement agreement which has been executed by both parties has been in, :-orporated by reference as a part of this decree.
