THEREFORE it to hereby ordered that a divorce on the grounds of incompatibility be granted to the Petitioner and that the Property settlement agreement and all terms therein shall be the basis for the division of the property of the parties. THE COURT ADVISES the parties that any marriages they contract (except to each other) will be voidable until 30 days from when this journal entry is filed. If an appeal is filed during that 30 days, then any such marriage will be voidable until the appeal is final. The 30 -day period can be reduced if the parties file an agreement not to appeal.
