JURISDICITION: The parties hereby specifically acknowledge and submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, for the present time and in the future with regard to all matters relating to the subject matter and rights of the parties under this Agreement. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Agreement shall become binding upon the parties and their receptive legal representation, successors and assigns immediately upon the dissolution of their marriage in the pending proceedings provided that the provisions of this Agreement are approved by the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska. 3. CHILD CUSTODY: Custody and visitation are set forth in the Parenting Plan filed herein. 4. CHILD SUPPORT/INSURANCE/TAX EXEMPTIONS/CHILD CARE. A. Defendant shall pay child support commencing on June 1, 2018, and on the first day of each month thereafter, in the amount of One Thousand One Hundred and One Dollars ($1,101.00) per month for the support of three (3) minor children, Nine Hundred Fifty -Four Dollars ($954.00) per month for the support of two (2) minor children and Six Hundred Fifty -Two Dollars ($652.00) per month for the support of one (1) minor child. Said child support shall continue until the minor children reach the age of 19 years, marries, dies, becomes emancipated, or until further Order of the Court. Said child support shall be payable to the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center (NCSPC), P.O. Box 82600, Lincoln, NE 68501-2600 for disbursement to Plaintiff for the benefit of the minor children. B. Commencing forthwith, Defendant shall provide health insurance for the minor children. Any unreimbursed health care costs of the minor children, shall be divided as follows: Plaintiff shall pay forty-four percent (44%) and Defendant shall pay fifty-six percent (56%). The Plaintiff shall submit said amounts to the Defendant who shall pay said amounts within thirty (30) days of notice. C. Plaintiff shall be allowed to claim two (2) children as dependents for income tax purposes, and the Defendant shall be allowed to claim one (1) child as a dependant for income tax purposes, providing that the Defendant is current on his child support obligation for the year in which the exemption is claimed.
