20 807493 <br />one (1) child shall be for years ending in an even number (i.e. 2018, 2020, 2022, etc.). In years <br />ending with an odd number (i.e. 2019, 2021, 2023, etc.) Defendant shall be allowed to claim two (2) <br />children as dependents for income tax purposes, and Plaintiff shall be allowed to claim one (1) child. <br />In order to claim the children, the Defendant must be current on his child support obligation as of <br />the last day of the year for which the exemption is claimed. <br />When there are two (2) children subject to the court's order, each party shall claim one (1) <br />child. When only one (1) child is subject to the order, then the Plaintiff shall be allowed to claim <br />the child in even numbered years and the Defendant in odd numbered years, provided that the <br />Defendant is current on his obligation on the last day of the year in which the tax exemption is <br />claimed. <br />D. Plaintiff and Defendant shall share all child care costs so long as the <br />Plaintiff is employed. Child care reimbursement shall be divided as follows: Plaintiff shall pay forty- <br />four percent (44%) and Defendant shall pay fifty-six percent (56%) of all work related child care <br />costs. Plaintiff shall provide billings to Defendant and Defendant shall reimburse Plaintiff within <br />fourteen (14) days of receipt. Child care costs are in addition to child support. <br />5. ALIMONY: The Plaintiff shall not pay alimony to the Defendant and the Defendant <br />shall not pay alimony to the Plaintiff. Each party acknowledges that they have been advised and <br />understand that unless alimony is awarded in the proceedings presently before the Court, the Decree <br />cannot be subsequently modified at any time to include an award of alimony to either party. <br />6. FAMILY RESIDENCE: The Plaintiffis the owner of residence located at 118 E. 10`h <br />Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />/ Lot 9, Block 28, Russel Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island, Hall <br />Y County, Nebraska. <br />The parties agree that the Plaintiff shall retain this residence, subject to any and all encumbrances <br />against said real estate, which Plaintiff shall assume and hold Defendant harmless therefrom and <br />Defendant will quitclaim his interest in the real estate to Plaintiff at the time of the final hearing. <br />7. MOTOR VEHICLES: The Plaintiff shall be awarded as her sole and separate <br />property, free and clear of any interest of the Defendant, the 2015 Dodge Dart (Vin # <br />1 C3CDFBB5FD299915), the 2003 Harley Davidson (Vin # 1 HD4CEM 163 K414335) and 2003 Dodge Ram <br />Page -3- <br />
