PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT This Property Statement Agreement is made and entered into this 2-1 day of June, 2018, by and between Maria Guerrero of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff" and Josue M. Guerrero Munoz of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Defendant". WHEREAS, the parties were lawfully married on the 30`h day of September, 2008, in St. Paul, Howard County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, on or about the 9th day of January, 2018, the Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, as Case No. CI 18-18, seeking a dissolution of the aforesaid marriage, and the Defendant was personally service by the Hall County Sheriff on or about the 12th day of January, 2018. WHEREAS, the parties hereto have no expectation of resuming marital relations and it has been determined by the parties that it is impossible for them to continue to live in a marital state; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into a voluntary agreement determining their respective property rights and all other matters relating to the dissolution of their marriage including matters relating to property settlement ad division of debts and other matters incident to the pending dissolution proceedings; and WHEREAS, each party is aware of his and her right to be represented by legal counsel and has had full opportunity to seek counsel and discuss this agreement therewith.
