Similarly, in making any payments to protect the <br />security intended to be created by this Deed of Trust, Beneficiary <br />shall not be bound to inquire into the validity of any apparent or <br />threatened adverse title, lien, encumbrance, claim or charge before <br />irking an advance for the purpose of preventing or removing the <br />see . <br />(d) Trustor shall indemnify Beneficiary for all losses <br />and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by <br />reason of any acts performed by Beneficiary pursuant to the <br />provisions of this section, and any funds expended by Beneficiary <br />to which it shall be entitled to be indemnified, together with <br />interest thereon at the rate of fifteen percent (15 %) per annum <br />from the date of such expenditures, shall constitute additions to <br />the indebtedness and shall )be secured by this Deed of Trust and <br />shall be paid by Trustor to Beneficiary upon demand. <br />33. Lvonts of Default. The term "Event of Default ", as used <br />herein and in the Note, shall mean the occurrence or happening, <br />from time to time, of any one or more of the following: <br />(a) Payment of Indebtedness.
