- 4 - 201705653 right to object to the creation of any paving district for Ewoldt Street, Prairieview Street and Rae Road where they abut the subdivision if the Subdivider fails to pave these streets as required herein. The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of any paving or repaving district for Husker Highway and U.S. Highway 281 where they abut the subdivision. 4. Ingress/Egress Restrictions. The Subdivider agrees that no vehicular access shall be allowed directly onto Husker Highway or onto U.S. Highway 281 except as shown on this plat. 5. Traffic Issues. The Subdivider agrees to construct a roundabout at the intersection of Prairieview Street and Husker Highway and widen Husker Highway from the roundabout east to Highway 281. The design shall be approved by the Director of Public Works The Subdivider agrees to construct a traffic signal and all associated geometric improvements at U.S. Highway 281 and Rae Road (existing streets) if the intersection meets warrants within two years of opening the hospital. The Subdivider is responsible for conducting an engineering study to warrant the signal at the end of the above mentioned two year period. The design shall be approved by the Director of Public Works. 6. Water. The Subdivider shall design, construct and install a public water main in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. Public water is available to the subdivision and the Subdivider agrees to extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. 7. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdivider shall design, construct and install a public sanitary sewer in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public
