Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the Subdivider agrees to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. Sanitary sewer connections along Husker Highway shall require a connection fee of $18,092.93. 8. Electrical Service. The Subdivider shall construct and install conduits for public electrical lines in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Utilities Director, and subject to the City's inspection. 9. Sidewalks. The Subdivider shall install all public sidewalks as required by the City of Grand Island with the installation of adjacent streets or drainage structures, and such sidewalk shall be regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot except that installation of public sidewalks adjacent to Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), shall be required with the building permit for each such lot.
