<br />Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2), Northview Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), Lot Three (3), Lot Four (4), Lot Five (5), Lot Six (6),
<br />Lot Seven (7), and Lot Eight (8) in Block One (1); Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), Lot
<br />Three (3), Lot Four (4), Lot Five (5), Lot Six (6), Lot Seven (7), and Lot Eight (8)
<br />in Block Two (2); Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), Lot Three (3), and Lot Four (4) in
<br />Block Three (3), all in Northview Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lot One (1), Northview Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lot One (1), Northview Eleventh Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Article III.
<br />DEFINITIONS
<br />The following definitions shall apply to this AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF
<br />NORTHVIEW SUBDIVISONS COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS:
<br />1. "ASSOCIATION" shall mean Northview Subdivision Association, a Nebraska
<br />nonprofit corporation, and its successors and assigns.
<br />2. `BYLAWS" shall mean the Bylaws of the Association and any amendments or
<br />supplements to such Bylaws.
<br />3. "DECLARANT" shall collectively mean all of the undersigned owners of a lot in
<br />Northview First Subdivision, Northview Second Subdivision, Northview Third Subdivision,
<br />Northview Fourth Subdivision, Northview Fifth Subdivision, Northview Eighth Subdivision,
<br />Northview Tenth Subdivision, or Northview Eleventh Subdivision.
<br />4. "DWELLING" shall mean any building or portion of a building situated upon a
<br />lot designed and intended for use and occupancy as a residence by a single family.
<br />5. "LAKE" shall mean that certain lake legally described as Outlot A, Northview
<br />Eleventh Subdivision and Outlot B, Northview First Subdivision, all in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />6. "LOT" shall mean each of the lots identified at Article II. hereinabove, along with
<br />any part or subsequent re- subdivision thereof.
