In furtherance of this purpose, Declarant hereby declares that the lands described
<br />hereinbelow in Article II shall be held, sold and conveyed subject to the following reservations,
<br />easements, limitations, restrictions, servitudes, covenants, conditions, charges and liens,
<br />(hereinafter collectively termed "covenants and conditions "), which are for the purpose of
<br />protecting the value and desirability of the lots herein described comprising the Lakeview
<br />Subdivisions or any part or subsequent re- subdivisions thereof These covenants, conditions,
<br />reservations and restrictions shall run with the real property and be binding upon all parties
<br />having any right, title or interest in any of the described lots, or any part or subsequent re-
<br />subdivisions thereof, their heirs, successors and assigns, and which shall inure to the benefit of
<br />each owner thereof.
<br />The Northview Subdivision Association is nonprofit corporation that has been
<br />incorporated under the laws of the State of Nebraska for the purpose of enforcing the provisions
<br />of these covenants and conditions.
<br />All of the lots comprising the Northview First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as shown in that plat dated Juned 23, 2005, and filed in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200505770, EXCEPT Block One
<br />(1) and Lot One (1) of Block Three (3) thereof, are presently subject to that certain Agreement
<br />for Northview First Subdivision Covenants Restrictions, and Conditions dated June 27, 2005,
<br />and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />200505832 (the "Original Covenants "). As to owners of those lots joining in the execution
<br />hereof, the covenants and conditions hereinbelow hereby amend, restate, and supercede the
<br />Original Covenants in their entirety.

<br />Lot Four (4) in Block One (1); Lot Two (2), Lot Three (3), Lot Four (4), Lot Five
<br />(5), Lot Six (6), Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), Lot Nine (9), Lot Ten (10), Lot
<br />Eleven (11), Lot Twelve (12), Lot Thirteen (13), Lot Fourteen (14), Lot Fifteen
<br />(15), Lot Sixteen (16), and Lot Seventeen (17) in Block (2); Lot One (1), Lot Two
<br />(2), Lot Three (3), Lot (4), Lot Five (5), and Outlot B in Block Three (3), all in
<br />Northview First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />Lot Twelve (12), Lot Thirteen (13), and Lot Fourteen (14) in Block One (1); Lot
<br />One (1) and Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2); all in Northview Second Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), and Lot Three (3), Northview Third Subdivision, in the
