<br /> re�ief [avtir to Trustor, inclu�ing any typ� ❑f warkouf or camm�ncement af proceeding under any
<br /> bankrupfcy ar insaEvency laws by ar against any Trus�or o� Borrower on any Loan Docum�n�ar othe�
<br /> �bligation secured by fhis firus�deed.
<br /> g. Any �f the preceding �ven�s o�curs with r�spect ta any guaran�or, endorser, surety, o�
<br /> acc�mmada�ian p�rty of any of the�bliga��ons or any guaranfor, end�rser, surety, ar acGommvda�ion
<br /> party dies or b�c�mes inc�mpe�ent, or�evokes vr d�spufes the va[idity afi, or liab���ty under,any gua�anty
<br /> of the �blrgat�ons.
<br /> 7. In �he e�en��f a defau[� and a�any�ime th�r�af�er, Lender, af its opti�n, subject to any requirements
<br /> under the Farm Cr�di� Act or ath�r appf�cabie federa� or sta�e law, may exerc�se one or more of the
<br /> fallowing rights and remedies, in addition �a any o�he`rights or remedies perm����d by lav�r:
