2� 17� 1244 <br /> as mortgagee andlar as an additiona� loss payee. Lender shali ha�e the right to hold the polici�s and <br /> renewal certificates. If Lender requires, Borrower shall promptly gi�e to Lender alI receipts af paid <br /> premiums and renewal notices. If Borrower obtains any form of insurance coverage,not otherwise <br /> requ�red by Lender, for damage to, �r d�structifln of,the Property, such policy shall include a standard <br /> m�r-�gage clause and shall name Lender as mortgagee andlar as an additi�nal loss payee. <br /> In the e�ent of l�ss, Borrower shail give prompt notice to the �nsurance carrier and Lender. Lender <br /> may make proof af loss if n�t made promp�ly by Borrower. Unless Lender and Borrower otherw�se <br /> agree in writing, any insurance proceeds, whether or n�t the underlying insurance was required <br /> by Lend�r, shali be appl�ed to restoration ar repair of the Property, if the restoration ar repair�s <br /> economically feasib�e and Lender's security is not lessened. During such repair and restaration period, <br /> Lender shali ha�e the right ta ha�d such insurance proceeds untii Lender has had an opportunity to <br /> inspect su�h Property t�ensur�the w�rk has been compteted�a Lender's satisfaction, pro�ided that <br /> such inspection shall be undertaken promptly.
