To the extent that these items are Escravv Items, Borr�wer shall pay them in the manner pro�ided <br /> in Section 3. <br /> Borrower shall promptly dis�harge any lien which has priority o�er this Security Instrument unless <br /> Borrower: �a}agrees in writing ta the payment of th�obligation secured by the lien in a manner <br /> acceptab�e to Lender, hut oniy so Iong as Borrawer is performing such agreement; (�)contests the lien <br /> in good faith by, or defends against enfarcement of the �i�n in, lega�proceedings which in Lender's <br /> opinion operate ta pre�ent the enforcement of the �ien wh��e those proceed�ngs are pending, but <br /> anly until such praceedings are concluded; or�c� secures from the hoider of the lien an agreement <br /> satisfactory to Lender subardinating the lien to this 5�cur�ty Instrument. If Lender determines that any <br /> �ar�of the Proper�y is subject t�a lien which can aitain priority over this Security Instrument, Lender <br /> may give Borrower a notiice identifying the Iien. Property Insuran�e. Borrower shall keep the impro�ements now�xisting or hereafter erected <br /> on the Property insured against loss by fire, hazards included w�thin the term "extended co�erag�," <br /> and any other hazards including, but nat lim�ted to, earth�uak�s and floods,for which Lender requires <br /> insuran�e. Thrs insurance shall be maintained in the amounts�including deduCtible le�els�and for <br /> the periods that Lender requires. What Lender re�uires pursuant to the preceding sen�ences can <br /> change during the term of the Loan. The insurance carrier pro�iding the insurance shall be chosen by <br /> Barrower subject to Lender's right t�disappro�e Bnrrower's choice, wh�ch right shal�not be exercised <br /> unreasonably. Lender may require Borrower to pay, in�onnection wi�h this Laan, either: �a}a one- <br /> time Charge for flaod zone determination,�ertificatian and tracking ser�ices; or�b}a ane-time charge <br /> far flood zone determination and certification ser�ices and subsequent charges�ach time remappings <br /> or similar changes occur which reasonably might affect su�h det�rminati�n or certificatian. Borrower <br /> shall also he responsible for the payment of any fees imposed by the Federal Emerg�ncy Management <br /> Agency in connection �vith the revievv of any flood zone de�erm inatian resulting fram an objection by <br /> Borrower. <br /> If Borr�wer fails to maintain any of the co�erages descr�bed aho�e, Lender may abtain insurance <br /> co�erage, at Lender's optian and Borrower's exp�nse. Lender is under no obligatior�to purchase any <br /> particular type or amaunt of ca�erage. Therefore, such co�erage shall co�er Lender, but m ight or <br /> mi�ht not prate�t Borrawer, Borrower's equi�y in the Property, ar the c�nt�nts af the Property, against <br /> any r�sk,hazard or�iability and might pro�ide grea�er ar lesser co�erage�han was previously in ef�ect. <br /> Borrower a�kn�vvledges that the cos��f the insurance co�erage so obtained might significantiy exceed <br /> the cost of�nsurance that Borrovver could have abtained. Any amounts disbursed by Lender under <br /> this Section S shall become additional debt of Borrower secured by�his Security�nstrument.
