2� 17� 1244 <br /> Unless it is determined pursuant to Section 5 that repair or restoration is not economically feasihle, <br /> Borrovver shall pramptly repair the Fraperty if damaged to a�oid further deterioration or damage. <br /> rf insurance or condemnation proceeds ar�paid in connection with damage to, or the taking of,the <br /> Property,Borrower sha11 be respflnsihle for repairing or restaring the Property❑nly if Lender has <br /> rel�ased praceeds for such purposes. Lender may disburse proceeds for the repairs and restaration <br /> in a single payment ar in a series of progress payments as the work is c�mpleted. If the insuran���r <br /> candemnation proceeds are nat sufficient to repair or restore the Praperty, Borrower is nat relieved of <br /> Barrower's obligation f�r the compietion af such repair�r restoratian. <br /> Lender ar its agent may ma.ke reasonable entr�es upon and inspections af the Praperty. Protection of Lend�r's Interest in the Praperty and R�ghts Under this Secur�ty <br /> Instru ment.
