<br /> Sectian 9. If Borr�wer is obl�gated to pay Escrow Items directly,pursuant t�a wai�er, and Borrower

<br /> the Funds at the time specifi�d under RESPA, and (b}not to exceed the maximum amount a lender
<br /> can require under RESPA. Lender shall estimate th� amount of Funds du�on the basis af current data
<br /> and reasonabie es�imates of expenditures of future Escrovv Items or fltherwise in accardance vvith
<br /> Applicabl� Law.
<br /> Th�Funds shall l�e held in an institutifln whose depasits are insured by a federal agency,
<br /> instrumentality, or entity�including L�nder, if Ler�der is an �nstitutian whose deposits are so insured}
<br /> ar in any Federal Home Laan Bank. Lender shall apply the Funds to pay the Escraw Items no later
<br /> than the time specified under RESPA. Lender shall not charge Borrawer for holding and applying the
<br /> Funds, annuai�y analyzing the escro�v account, or�erifying the Escrow Items, unless Lender pays
<br /> Borrower interest an the Funds and Applicable Lavw p�rmits Lender t�make such a charge. Un�ess an
<br /> agreement is made in wri��ng or Applica�le Law requires interest to be paid on th�Funds, Lender shall
<br /> not�e required to pay Borrawer any interes�or earn ings on th�Funds. Borrower and Lender can agree
<br /> in writing,howe�er,that interest shall�e paid on the Funds. Lender shali gi�e to Borrower, �vith�ut
<br /> charge, an annual accaunting of the Funds as required by RESPA.
<br /> If there is a surplus of Funds held �n escrow,as defined under RESPA, Lender shal� acc�unt t�
<br /> Borr�wer for the excess funds in accordance vvith RESPA. If there is a shortage of Funds heid in
<br /> escraw,as defined under RESPA, Lender shail notify Borrower as required by RESPA, and Barrower
<br /> shall pay to Lender the amount necessary to make up�he shortage in accordance with RESPA,but
<br /> in no more than 12 monthly payments. If there is a deficiency of Funds held in escrow, as defined
<br /> under RESPA, Lender shali notify BarroWer as required by RESPA, and Borrower shall pay to Lender
<br /> the amount ne�essary to make up the deficiency in accordance with RESPA, but in no mare than 12
<br /> monthly payrn�nts.
<br /> Upon payment in full of all sums secured hy this Security Instrument, Lender shal�promptly refund to
<br /> Borrower any Funds held by Lender.
<br /> 4. �harg�s; Li�ns. Borrower shall pay all taxes, assessments,charges, fines, and imposit�ons
<br /> attributable to the Prop�rty which�an attain priority over�his Security Instrument, leasehold payments
<br /> or ground ren�s on the Property, if any, and Cflmmun�ty Association Dues, Fees, and Assessments, if
