<br /> Insecurity. Lender in good�fai�h belie�es itself insecure.
<br /> Right to Cure. If any defaul-�, o�her than a de�au�t in paymen�, is cura�[e and if Trus�ar has not been gi�en a nv�ice
<br /> of a breach of the same pro�ision vf this Deed of Trus�k within the preceding twel�e {��} mvnths, i�may be cured i�
<br /> Trustar, after Lender sends writ�en natic� to Borrflwer demandin� cure ❑fi su�h de�ault: {1� cures the de�ault
<br /> within fifteen t�5� days; ❑r �2} if the cure requires mare than fifteen ��5} days, immediat�ly initiates steps which

<br /> Thereafter, Lender may:
<br /> {a} Ei�her in pers�n or by agent, with vr withvut hr�nging any action ❑r proceeding, or hy a re�ei�er
<br /> appvin�ed by a court and with�ut regard �a the adequa�y of i�s security, enter upon and take possession
<br /> o�the Praperty, �r any part�herev�, in its vwn name vr in�he name of Trus�ee, and do any acts which it
<br /> deems necessary❑r desirab�e�o preser�e�he �alue, marke�a}�ilifiy or renfiability❑�the Property, ❑r part af
